When can I expect my order to be shipped?
We are located in China, and for regular orders, we have a processing time of 2-3 business days. Please note that during the holiday season, there may be longer processing times.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We provide two shipping options: Standard shipping and Express shipping. Express shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while Standard shipping takes approximately 10-15 business days. However, please note that delays can occur during transit, such as flight disruptions or customs clearance procedures, which may extend the delivery time. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting the fastest Express shipping method.
How does the process work for ordering a custom-sized dress?
Once your order is placed, we will promptly send you an email to confirm all the measurements of your dress. To ensure accurate measurements, please refer to our measurements guide available on our website. After receiving your measurements, we will begin crafting your custom-sized dress, which typically takes between 15-40 days, depending on the style.
If any adjustments are needed after you receive your dress, you can visit a local tailor for alterations. We offer reimbursement of up to $30 for alteration costs. Kindly inform us within 15 days of receiving your order by sending an email to thechinadesigner@gmail.com, and provide a picture of the alteration receipt. We will process your reimbursement, returning the funds to your original form of payment.
What is your return and refund policy?

Can I place a bulk order?

My package never arrived/was lost in the mail. What should I do?
Although we are not responsible for any missing or lost packages during the delivery process by the shipping carrier, we will make every effort to assist you in locating the package. We suggest that you contact your local post office or carrier first and then proceed to file a claim directly with them.
