Shipping & Delivery
We are located in China, and for regular orders, we have a processing time of 2-3 business days. Please be aware that during the holiday season, processing times may be longer.
We offer two shipping options: Standard shipping and Express shipping. Express shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while Standard shipping takes approximately 10-15 business days. However, please note that delivery times can vary depending on factors such as location, holidays, disasters, and weather conditions. Delays may occur during transit due to flight disruptions or customs clearance procedures, leading to extended delivery times. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend choosing the Express shipping method for faster delivery.
Please note that orders are shipped in the order they are received throughout the workweek. If your order includes a back-ordered item, we may ship the available items separately. In such cases, we will notify you via email and request your prior approval.
It's important to note that we do not collect taxes for international orders. Therefore, any taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the destination country, your package may be subject to local customs or VAT charges. While this is rare, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's specific customs policies.
We ship through safe and reliable delivery companies according to your location. Packages very rarely get lost in transit, but it can happen. While we are not responsible for any missing/lost packages, we will do our best to help locate the package and assist in communicating with the delivery company, providing evidence of shipping and tracking, and anything else we can do. We suggest you first call or visit your local post office and then file a claim directly with them if the package reached your locality. We will assist from our end with any necessary documentation.
