After this period, we will assume that you are satisfied with your purchase, and no further returns or exchanges will be accepted.

  

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: Accessories and items marked as "Final Sale," as well as "Customize dress" orders. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product has been used, damaged, or altered in a way that renders it unsuitable for resale.

 

For customers in the UK, Mainland China, and Hong Kong, if there are sizing issues or the item doesn't fit as expected, we are happy to offer exchanges for another size or accept returns.you will be responsible for return shipping costs

 For customers outside of the UK, Mainland China, and Hong Kong, we are unable to process exchanges. However, we can offer refundsyou will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that VAT costs and customs duty fees are non-refundable.. If the sizing issue can be resolved with the assistance of a local tailor, please contact us, and we may be able to refund a portion of the tailoring fee.

 

Return and Exchange Process:

To start a return or exchange, please provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return or exchange, and any applicable supporting evidence, such as photos. Once you contact us, we will guide you through the return or exchange process. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

To avoid any customs charges on returned items, please make sure to clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS." Please note that we are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service when returning the item to us. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 3-4 business days. For returns, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, based on your preference. To ensure a timely replacement, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the desired replacement item. If the desired replacement product is out of stock, we will offer a refund or an alternative solution in consultation with you.

Missing/Lost Packages:

While we are not responsible for any missing or lost packages during the delivery process by the shipping carrier, we will do our best to assist you in locating the package. We recommend that you first contact or visit your local post office and file a claim directly with them.
